Zusammenfassung: | The Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Sudirman University, now referred to as the Unsoed Engineering Faculty, is one of the faculties at Jenderal Sudirman University. The Unsoed Faculty of Engineering has not implemented the ISO 21001:2018 quality assurance system and uses the 2020 SN Dikti standard. The implementation of ISO 21001:2018-based risk management at the General Sudirman University Faculty of Engineering is considered to be able to improve the operational performance of an organization. The increasing sources of risk from all aspects and the complexity of the risks that occur are the background for implementing risk identification. This study uses ISO 31000:2018 as a method for risk management. From the research that has been done, it is known that the SN Dikti 2020 still does not fulfill all the clauses of ISO 21001:2018. After identifying risks, there were 17 identified risks at the Unsoed Engineering Faculty. The Unsoed Engineering Faculty’s response to the identified risks is four avoided risks, six reduced risks, and seven accepted risks. Risk mitigation at the Unsoed Engineering Faculty is carried out for stakes, with risk responses being avoided and reduced. |
