Zusammenfassung:The double-stranded DNA (DsDNA) in different environments having conformational transitions was studies as vital parts of both in vitro and in vivo processes, The use of poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) with Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CTMA) as thin films capacitors is very important to be as the dielectric layer in Organic-Field Effect Transistors (OFETs). Thin film polymers of (DNA-CTMA/PMMA) was prepared using spin coating method with spin speed 3000 rpm and study the effect of DNA-CTMA on the properties of Polymer PMMA. Thickness of thin films measured by taking a cross-section using Field Emission Scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). We found that we get on a good transfer for DNA from water soluble to alcohol soluble and the particles of DNA-CTMA are nearly equal to (35.29nm). Also, we found that the direct and indirect energy gap having constant values for ratios (0, 5, 10, and 15) from added DNA-CTMA to the PMMA and equal to (5.6 eV) and (4.35 eV) respectively. These results were the best values for using it as dielectric gate to synthesis OFETs.
