[fifteen cases], while the lowest percentages [one case] was seen in the 3rd group. By Vitak system, 2nd g (31-51yr.), showed the highest percentages of infection in burns [six cases] compared to the patients of the 1st g (10-30yr.) [four cases], while the lowest percentages were seen in the patients of the 3rd g [two cases]. All Proteus isolates were found to be sensitive to the Meropenem.
