Zusammenfassung: | In present scenario, with increasing electricity demand and with large networks interconnection, it is very much essential to operate various generating units to work accordingly within its constraints. Otherwise generation cost of increases dramatically. Hence, it is essential to reduce procurement cost. In the present work, hybrid GA integrated OPF approach is proposed for optimal procurement of energy by System Operator (SO) under competitive environment by minimizing payment to the suppliers while considering network constraints. The proposed approach has been experienced on IEEE-30 modified bus system and it is observed that the approach provides pleasing results. |
