Zusammenfassung:A calculation procedure for a vibrating sieve feeder operating in a stagger-screw system as a mass and piece feeder is proposed. The obtained equations describe the operation of the vibrating dispenser quite well. High dosing accuracy results from the selection of grain fractions to a properly selected sieve. The study aimed to compare the calculations of mass and piece sieve dispensers and to determine the constants and exponents in equations (3) and (13) as well as (9) and (19) for sieves with the diameter of holes d0 and to determine the correctness of the obtained equations describing the mass and quantitative discharge of the studied seeds. The development of the discharge equations will enable the design of a high-precision, low-capacity vibrating sieve feeder for granular material. Relations describing the mass and quantitative flow of granular material pouring through the sieve were obtained, allowing the design of the dispenser to depend on the particle diameter of the granular material and the required capacity. High dosing accuracy is achieved by dosing a specific fraction of grains through a properly selected sieve.
