Zusammenfassung:Wages are an important issue in all nations, but especially in developing nations like Indonesia. Wages are the monetary compensation that workers are entitled to receive from their employers or from their employers to the workers themselves, and they are defined and paid in accordance with work agreements, agreements, or laws and regulations. Wages may also include allowances for workers and their families in exchange for work performed or to be performed. The major purpose of the research is to map the earnings of Indonesian employees in each region. The information is derived from official Central Statistics Agency (BPS) statistics, especially data on average hourly salaries of employees by province (Rupiah/Hour) for 2019–2021. Using the data acquired during the clustering phase, Quantum GIS creates a map of all of Indonesia’s provinces using RapidMiner. We have made the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI), which is a tool for measuring performance, more accurate by adding three more clusters to it. This is done so that we can figure out which cluster provides the best accurate mapping of the province. The optimal option is the third cluster, which has a lower DBI score by 0.564% than the other two clusters. Consequently, the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, West Papua, and Papua get the highest scores among the three. Aside from Jakarta, the provinces of Papua and West Papua were found to have the highest average hourly incomes compared to other provinces.
