Zusammenfassung: | The research represents an attempt to reveal the level of expected impact of the strategy without considering the organizational structure followed in the target organization. The statistician (SPSS), and the target group were managers and heads of departments in the researched region, whose number reached (90) employees, and followed the importance of the topic by adding the motivation strategy of added value to organizations by raising the efficiency of their performance and effectiveness by increasing desire and motivation and providing more work by the staff members of the business to fulfill the objectives established by top management. The Iraqi telecom sector, represented by Asia Cell, was chosen. After conducting the analysis of the hypotheses, the result was that the motivation strategy has a clear impact on organizational performance, In addition, there is a strong statistically substantial impact between the two variables. It also recommended the significance of considering moral motives of employees and providing them with opportunities to develop their skills and abilities, which will be positively reflected on the performance of their organizations. |
