Zusammenfassung: | The aim of this research is to identify the levels of self-differentiation among individuals (the study sample), in addition to monitoring the difference in degrees of self-differentiation according to the gender variable (male-female) among individuals (the study sample), and finally monitoring the difference in degrees of self-differentiation according to the job title (university professor). - employee). The sample included both males and females, as the study population consisted of a female teacher and employees of the Technical Institute in Diwaniyah (subject of the study), which numbered (100) individuals from the original community. Among the most prominent findings of the research: The study concluded that the level of self-differentiation is high among a sample of a teacher and staff of the Institute of Technology in Diwaniyah, in addition to the existence of a difference in the degrees of self-differentiation according to the gender variable (male-female) for a sample of a teacher and staff of the Institute of Technology in Diwaniyah. Diwaniyah, and finally, there is no difference in the degrees of self-differentiation according to the job title variable (employee-university professor) in a sample of professors and employees of the Institute of Technology in Diwaniyah. Among the most prominent recommendations proposed by the research: Studying self-differentiation and its relationship to other variables, and carrying out a longitudinal study to track the developments of self-differentiation at different ages, and repeating the current study, on a sample of professors and employees, but from other institutes or universities in order to compare the results of the study, and put Tests and measures adapted to the Iraqi environment that measure self-distinction among professors and employees in other universities and institutes. |
