Zusammenfassung:The aim of the current research is to determine the nature and level of the correlation and influence relationship between manufacturing flexibility and human resource performance, relying on the statistical program (SPSS Ver. 23). The search problem materialized Weak immediate and decisive response to constant and evolving changes at the internal and external level of the plant, This is reflected in meeting her, embracing her and using her as a winning opportunity, By adopting manufacturing flexibility and employing it as a basis for improving human resource performance. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are, There is a difference in the level of interest of the sample in manufacturing flexibility based on the dimensions, as the dimension of flexibility of the machine obtained the lowest percentage of coefficient of variation compared to the rest of the other dimensions. The most important recommendations, Reconsideration of the two study variables and their dissemination as a culture can be made a fixed productive practice that can be researched and developed based on the existing relationships between them and the influence of one on the other.
