Zusammenfassung: | One of the features of small enterprises is the missing or inoperable quality management system (QMS), which is created exclusively on paper and is divorced from real production, which leads to the abandonment of specialists involved in quality control and the assignment of their duties to performers. This solution will increase productivity, but will lead to a decrease in quality. To prevent such a situation, specialists involved in product quality control should take an active part in improving production based on a process approach, and thanks to the development of digital systems, these processes can be automatically transferred to the QMS. This approach seems to be the most interesting for the managers of the enterprise, since a significant effect can be obtained with minimal costs for the transition to digital systems. |
