Zusammenfassung: | The results of studying the kinetic laws of the methane oxycondensation reaction in the conditions of a flow differential reactor (length 650 mm, internal diameter 8 mm) are presented in the article. The kinetic laws of the process in the conditions of the differential reactor have been studied. As a result of research, the following optimal reaction conditions have been chosen: (Mn2O3)x·(Na2MoO4)y·(ZrO2)z; Pgeneral=0.1MPa, Pmethane=0.033MPa, Poxygen=0.014MPa, T=750 oC, Wgeneral=1000 h−1. Based on the obtained results, the transition mechanism of the reaction has been proposed and the kinetic equation has been derived. In addition, an energy and resource-efficient technological scheme for obtaining ethylene from methane has been proposed. |
