Zusammenfassung:There has been a surge in interest in the notion of "smart healthcare" as information technology has advanced. Smart healthcare may help people better control their health promptly. And, if necessary, access to proper medical treatments is available. The provision of various services such as the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental illness, diseases, illnesses, and injuries is an essential aspect of life. The most critical duties in healthcare are those that directly affect the lives of patients. The computing of fog is an important technology that may be used in healthcare system. The prime goal of fog computing is to provide services to users with reduced latency between their devices and the cloud. Nevertheless, fog computing has a large number of unresolved issues. To reduce latency and network use and provide load balancing in a smart healthcare system based on fog computing, this article reviews an architecture for a fog computing-based smart healthcare monitoring system. we also offer Load Balancing to ensure that fog nodes aren’t overloaded. Reduce latency and increase overall performance by spreading the load equitably across all servers in the smart health monitoring system being suggested for adoption.
