Zusammenfassung: | The pulsed laser ablation (PLA) technique was used to make polyvinylalcohol PVA doped CoO nanoparticles. Because of its particular benefits in synthesizing a wide range of materials, PLA is a promising synthesis process. Transmittance data and reflectance spectra used to evaluate the visual characteristics of PVA/CoO Nano-composite. The optical energy gap (Eg) was measured. An indirect transition had happened, as evidenced by optical absorption spectra. Calculations were made for the dielectric value, suppression coefficient, and refractive index (n, k). Compared to PVA, the energy gap of nanocomposite PVA/ CoO has been reduced while increasing in nanoparticles. |
