Zusammenfassung:Cobalt oxide nanoparticle films (CoO) are created utilizing the glass substrate and the pulse laser deposition method (PLD). Cobalt oxide films were made utilizing this technique, which employed a Nd-Yag pulsed laser with a wavelength of (1064nm). Calculated optical properties and UV-VIS absorption spectra in the ultraviolet range. According to the results of the Hall effect measurement, the produced films are made of (p-type) semiconductors. For cobalt oxide films in a 100 ppm NO2 atmosphere, a gas sensor was used. Cobalt oxide (CoO) films exhibit gas sensitivity (26.072%, 25.834%) at temperatures between 150°C and 200 °C.
