Zusammenfassung:Security is the most important part of wireless communication Security algorithms has been utilized to protect our data. In this research, KASUMI algorithm is presented with Hamming code. It has two components: encryption and decryption. The main goal of enhancing KASUMI algorithm is to increase the efficiency of the algorithm, in terms of execution speed, which is the main factor, in addition to the strength of implementation in terms of complexity and scattering of the resulting key by decreasing the key it relied on. The purpose of this research is to simulate the enhancement of the Kasumi algorithm employed by GSM networks for its security. The simulation is done using MATLAB, specifically the Simulink environment. KASUMI focus of this work concentrates on the enhancement of a block cipher –type. Kasumi algorithm is used in mobile communication systems to generate a key to encrypt data, which in its enhancement relied on the use of some hamming codes in a parallel arrangement, which gave randomness and speed in the implementation of the resulting key.
