Zusammenfassung:Healthcare is one of the most essential applications of the Internet of Things, as it allows for a variety of medical applications, such as mobile and remote health monitoring. Recent improvements in information and communication technology, as well as embedded systems, have resulted in a new technology: the Internet of Things (IoT). The Internet of Things (IoT) is a new paradigm that is rapidly spreading in the field of modern wireless telecommunications. Based on the status of the monitored patients, intelligent algorithms analyze their health data in real time to discover particular patterns and increase several degrees of training, such as normal, cautious, emergency, and so on. The Internet of Things (IoT) has great promise for healthcare, particularly for proactive personal e-health. Major hurdles must be addressed in order to deliver on its promises, particularly in terms of confidentiality and security. This study investigates these difficulties, presents use cases, and enhances the framework for a safe architecture. We conclude this essay with a discussion of the current situation of the various standard organizations because we believe they will play an essential role at the forefront of e-health.
