Zusammenfassung: | Through Information Technology and computer-based learning, the Digital Era has transformed the learning paradigm from conventional to interactive and creative patterns. Education concerning information technology and computers is crucial for understanding the progression of time. Information Technology and Computers are crucial tools that people in the era of globalization must understand to avoid falling behind. For this reason, research was conducted using the K-Means Datamining technique in order to map the degree of Information Technology and Computer abilities in Indonesia by grouping the regions of Indonesia. The dataset was taken from the website of the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics at https://www.bps.go.id. The data collection consists of statistics on the proportion of Indonesian adolescents and adults aged 15-59 with information technology and computer skills by province. Processing datasets with Rapidminer software. This study employs the Davies Bouldin Index (abbreviated DBI) to determine the best number of clusters for mapping areas in Indonesia for Information Technology and Computer Skills among individuals aged 15-59. The test is conducted by locating the smallest value of the DBI, where the smallest value is 0.362 with 2 clusters. |
