Zusammenfassung:Current study was conducted in the Department of Life Sciences, College of Education, University of Kufa, Najaf, for the period from 11/22/2021 to 3/1/2022 for the purpose of identifying the role of mobile phones in transmitting bacterial infection to users of these devices. This is to identify its species and know its harm and its impact on the health of its users. The study samples included 30 samples divided as follows: 10 telephone sets from female students of the Department of Life Sciences, 10 doctors and laboratory workers from hospitals, and 10 samples from public places. The swabs taken from these samples were grown on macconkey agar and nutrient agar environment, the results of which showed the presence of gram positive cocci of the genus Staphylococcus and gram negative cocci of each of the following genera E. coli, klebsiella, Pseudomonas.
