Zusammenfassung: | In this paper we study the nuclear structure and decay properties of even even 250-338Hs108 elements. We employ relativistic mean field model (RMF) within an axially deformed oscillator basis with NL-SH and NL3* force parameters. We investigate the bulk properties such as binding energy (B.E), nuclear radii, quadrupole deformation parameter, two neutron separation energies. We have also calculated the half-life periods by using the Viola-Seaberg, Akre, modified Universal decay law with Q-values obtained from our calculations. We have also compared the results with experimentally available Q-values. The spontaneous fission half-life of the above mentioned Hs isotopes is studied here to check the favoured decay modes. The results and comparative study shows a good agreement with available experimental values. This investigation helps us in understanding the shell and sub-shell closure of Hs isotopes and also the suitable decay modes. |
