Zusammenfassung: | Various building blocks of industry 4.0 comprise of autonomous robots, simulation, cyber security, big data analytics, augmented reality, additive manufacturing, Industrial Internet of things (IIoT), horizontal and vertical system integration. The IoT remote monitoring system fulfills the above-mentioned building blocks of industry 4.0. In many industries, data logging is not advanced with IIoT. The contact-less ultrasonic liquid level sensors, which use pulses of ultrasonic sound to calculate liquid levels by sending the ultrasound waves, which is versatile and extremely reliable. This system can be used for continuous level measurement of liquid and records real-time data, pre-alarm generation, and data logging. Moreover, this data is also made available on personal computers & smartphones with multiple authorized log-in facilities to enable accessibility continuously at any place, and at any time. Liquid level maintenance is the main problem associated with the chemical industries, petroleum industries, cement industries, etc. Thus, with the help of IIoT, the level could be maintained properly. Further, IIoT helps in data collection, alarm management, analysis, prediction of future values, and preparation of the report. |
