This manual method takes a long time and is a very complicated procedure for managers to assess and see for employees. The development of information technology is currently very developed and advanced. The company must begin to apply the assessments of each employee systematically. Real-time and systematic employee assessment makes employees more understanding and open to the assessment of each employee.
