Zusammenfassung:Currency has become one of the most important aspects of the modern world. It wouldn't be an understatement to claim that the world around us runs on money. Over the years we have started to see the development of various forms of currency throughout the world. While some currencies are rather popular due to their vigorous use around the world there still hasn't been any form of global currency that can be accepted anywhere in the world apart from crypto. In this project, we will be focusing upon a graphical user interface that is capable of accomplishing two important features in the modern world. These two features will be the classification of real and fake currency as well as the ability to calculate the value of a currency note that is uploaded into it. To accomplish the creation of our graphical user interface we will be using MATLAB to achieve these features. Through this paper, we would like to explain how we have been able to successfully implement various functions such as principal component analysis, local binary patterns as well as Euclidian's distance to successfully create our graphical user interface.
