Zusammenfassung: | A new biotechnology product was developed using freeze dried carrot cells with recombinant human intestinal alkaline phosphatase. The process of obtaining carrot cells with intestinal alkaline phosphatase involves cultivating somatic embryos in a suspension culture, which is then followed by freeze drying. The production of recombinant human alkaline phosphatase from carrot cells is performed in vitro. The technology is advantageous as it enables the production of a biotechnology product to be administered to restore the intestinal microflora and the immune system, prevent and treat inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. |
