Zusammenfassung: | Underwater image suffers from color attenuation, foggy details, fain contrast and bluish or greenish color resulting from light scattering and absorption in the water environment. These factors, in turn, affect the quality of the underwater images. Image processing is a method for improving the visibility of the input image to be clear to the recipient. This involves increasing the density of the image, sharpening the edges, color correction, removing noise, filtering, and so on. In this paper, an overview of the underwater image restoration methods have been introduced which classified into two categories: restoration images in spatial domain and restoration images in frequency domain. Moreover, number of published works on these two fields have been introduced. Finally, Number of conclusions have been pointed from the analysis of the introduced papers. |
