This paper proposed a safe online system as an electronic portal or platform for a teacher, researcher, or graduate student to save time and effort while minimizing language errors in order to obtain a certificate for their scientific product quickly and track the process at the university where they work. For the sake of applying for scientific advancement, the suggested system’s significance has risen as a result of the Corona outbreak, as well as the growing demand for social distance and dependence on modern technology, and formal working hours have been stopped. The system’s overall performance has been confirmed following its deployment. The system is secured to allow only university employees to upload and track their certificate reports. It is improved by the IOT property that alerts the user of the tracking status automatically.
