Zusammenfassung:Online Learning is essential for educational development of a country. Ministry of Education in India is also taking essential steps to maximize Online Learning inclusion in educational system through technology. Online learning is gaining traction among the urban and rural population. Online Learning is till at its nascent stage in India because of its large population. There are a greater number of people who have mobile phone, computer /laptop in urban as well as in rural India. The main technical problem in India for Online Learning is lack of continuous supply of electricity especially in rural India. This study utilized qualitative methods to investigate the perceptions of undergraduate students from three undergraduate colleges regarding Online Learning. The study analyses the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived barriers, perceived Self-efficacy, perceived ease of Use, and facilitating conditions on adoption of Online Learning by Undergraduate students.
