Impact of digital payments on selected banks performance

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of Digital Payments on Selected Banks Performance Design/methodology/approach – Based on the - review of literature, the study is aimed at evaluating the impact of digital payments on selected banks performance Findings –RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement, NEFT, Debit cards, Credit cards show a positively significant relationship on profitability of banks except POS. Originality-To evaluate and find out to what extent the usage of digital payments enhances profitability of banks.
