Zusammenfassung:Damage to the irrigation network will result in the uneven fulfillment of the need for irrigation water in an irrigation area (IA). In order to prevent damage to irrigation networks from reaching fatalities, it is necessary to perform rehabilitation. When the available funds are not sufficient to rehabilitate all irrigation networks in all Irrigation Areas, it is necessary to conduct a priority analysis. Rehabilitation of irrigation networks is an activity to restore the function and condition of irrigation networks in accordance with the initial planning. The Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods can be applied to determine rehabilitation priorities. Priority analysis of irrigation network rehabilitation can be performed based on valid ministerial regulations by considering irrigation network infrastructure (primary and secondary), water availability, irrigation area, and land productivity. The MADM methods applied are Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW), Weighted Product (WP), and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The results of the analysis of the rehabilitation priorities for 14 IA show that the SAW and WP methods have almost the same pattern, namely the resulting ranking has a very strong relationship with the area of IA. This shows that the regulations are merely created only to focus on the area of IA without considering other aspects (irrigation network infrastructure, water availability and crop yields). The TOPSIS method can be used as a reference in determining rehabilitation priorities based on the laws and regulations that are made and not only focusing at the area of IA.
