Zusammenfassung:Nanostructured ZnO:F films are grown employing chemical spray pyrolysis CSP method. XRD styles of all nano structured films offer a hexagonal structure with high orientation towards (101). The grain size was (17.43 - 21.43) nm with Fluorine, whilst strain increased from 19.8 to 16.1. Surface morphology was studied employing (AFM). The average diameter was noticed as (72.46), (71.53) and (59.87) nm for the (ZnO, ZnO :2% F, ZnO :4% F) respective. The transmittance value of ZnO films was relatively high (65 - 90 %). and the direct bandgap energy was 3.25 -3.05 eV
