Zusammenfassung:This study aims to understand how the antioxidant in White tea extract can support sperm live in sperm extender in 12 h at 5˚C sperm storage. Sperm from productive three Ongole Bull Crossbreeds are collected in the morning twice a week. The examination of fresh semen includes concentration, motility, abnormality, and viability. Sperm extender use skim milk and egg yolk as a based extender, and they are divided into three groups, P0 (control), P1 (supplemented with White tea extract 10%), and P2 (supplemented with White tea extract 20%). The dilution sperm dose equals to 200.106/mL. The examination of diluted sperm includes motility, pH, viability, and abnormality.
