Zusammenfassung: | The main purpose of the research is a reduction of corrosion of the main band brake components (brake blocks – brake flanges) which are used in oil and gas drilling rigs and so reduction of the stress on the main brake components by increasing the braking torque for the auxiliary hydrodynamic brake. The frequent maintenance of the main brake components leads to time loss and an increase in the total cost of well drilling. The research based on making of the mechanical or chemical instrument be able to increase the braking torque for the auxiliary hydrodynamic brake. The laboratory experiments show the use of inclined hydraulic blades with a certain angle and creating of pressure in brake chamber and so water treatment by chemical materials which increase the water density and viscosity are important mechanisms be able to increase the braking torque of the auxiliary hydrodynamic brake in drilling rig. |
