To collect the data, this study used documentation, observations and tests as the instrument. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, and T-test. From the results of the product moment correlation analysis, it showed that the correlation coefficient r = 0.889 was in the interval 0.800-1000 which means that the correlation level of the project-based learning model affected the learning motivation of accounting during distance learning and included in the very strong category.
