Zusammenfassung:Carbon Nanotube FET promises successful Si-CMOS technology due to high ballistic speed,improved power delays, fast switching speed and your excellent electrical properties. TheExistence of metallic tubes adversely affects the CNT-based circuit output, leakage power,delay capacity. In this work, we will look at the design and modelling of a 12-phase voltagecontrol oscillator (VCO) circuitthat uses tiny metal tubes to suspend transistor stacking. Also, we will consider the chemical embedding of metal tubes to improve VCO performance.
