Zusammenfassung: | The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between organisational justice and employee turnover intention in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. The explicit objectives of this research is 1) to investigate the relationship between organisational justice and turnover intention among employees in the ICT industry and 2) to determine the moderating effect of career satisfaction between organisational justice and turnover intention among Malaysian ICT employees. Using SPSS (V23) software, the results indicated that organisational justice affect significantly on turnover intention (β=-.47; t=-10.73; p=.000) among employees in ICT industry. Result also presented career satisfaction played the role as moderator that enhanced the effect of organisational justice on turnover intention (β =-0.47, t =-4.46, p =0.000, R2 =0.80). At the end of this research, several significance of this research are discussed based on the research findings. |
