Improvement of measures for the development and implementation of actions for the socio-economic regulation of the labor market in the region

In a modern market economy, a significant role is played by the market of one of the most important factor, in our opinion, of production – the labor. The labor market is the core of the modern market economy. Leading domestic and modern economic practitioners recognize the exceptional role of the labor market in the economic system, but the question of the need and degree of its state regulation remains controversial. The study made it possible to solve the following tasks: to determine the direction of improving the conditions for the development and implementation of SER actions for the labor market in the region; to propose an algorithm for balancing the procedures for the development and implementation of SER measures for the local labor market; to propose a scheme of social partnership in the field of vocational training.
