Zusammenfassung: | Lime and cement are the most widely used construction materials in the world, followed by geopolymer. Cement production emits a huge quantity of CO2, which is a greenhouse gas that has a negative impact on the environment. To counter this, pozzolana materials like as fly ash and GGBS can be used instead of cement, however these pozzolana would have an environmental effect and create health problems. Natural pozzolana, such as Bentonite, is an alternative that has a lower environmental effect. One of the newest building materials is geo-polymer concrete. It has grown in popularity in recent years as a result of its benefits. In comparison to traditional concrete, geo-polymer concrete is extremely ecologically friendly. Aluminate and silicate bearing elements are combined with a caustic activator to create geo-polymer concrete. This study discusses the microscopic structure as well as physical characteristics such as compressive and flexural strength, Tensile Strength, Durability, and chemical properties of cement-based Bentonite and Geopolymer with fly ash, GGBS. |
