Zusammenfassung: | Premarital sexual behaviour remains categorized as a global public health priority because of a high prevalence of unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. Social media is one of the important factors that is associated with adolescents’ premarital sexual behaviour. It is considered a major source of information, including sexual education. This study aimed at explaining the impact of social media usage on students’ sexual behaviour at vocational high school located in West Lombok Regency. This was a cross-sectional study that comprised a sample of 134 students aged 15-18 years. The Data collection method was based on a self-administered questionnaire about social media usage and premarital sexual behaviour. In order to analyze the data, chi-square was used to examine the association between social media usage and premarital sexual behaviour. Logistic regression models were used to test multivariate relationships between social media usage and sexual behaviour.
