Zusammenfassung:The Ministry of Cooperatives noted that the number of SMEs in Indonesia continues to increase. SMEs are one of the breakthroughs to increase economic growth and support the welfare of life. Kitchen Aya is one of the micro businesses in the culinary field, namely the manufacture of homemade cake dessert products. The workforce is only 1-3 people including family members. The activities have a steady flow and are located around the home environment. Marketing is done depending on the locale and management is also handled by themselves with simple techniques and tools. Order management becomes more difficult due to limited human resources and equipment. Furthermore, an application that can support related management decisions is needed, application that will help facilitate performance during the priority process of making products using the SAW method. There is another solution in determining production priorities to be more effective, known as the TOPSIS method. The research findings were conveyed that the implementation of the SAW method was able to predict better, further support from TOPSIS for making products as a tool for the production process in Dapur Aya which increases worker productivity with a more effective production priority scale.
