This research is to develop an online restaurant reservation system that allows the customer to directly interact with the restaurant’s staff about their needs and order. By providing this reservation system, the restaurant and customers will get to optimize food online reservation and booking experience. Besides, this system introduced a restaurant loyalty program that allows the user to accumulate the rewards point and redeems the gift/ voucher for an instant cash rebate. This research is aimed to enable online booking methods easier and more convenient.
