Zusammenfassung: | Proposed research is an attempt to explore the terahertz nano antennas using numerical simulation software. Before hand, grapheme characterization has been done through Kubo formula. Also performance of graphene nano antenna has been evaluated for different type of substrate material layers like, Si, SiO2, Si3N4, SiC, Al2O3, BN and Quartz. Graphene antenna has been evaluated in terms of the directivity (radiation pattern) and few important parameters like reflection coefficient and bandwidth etc. |
