Automated technology of control of technical documentation of automation and telemechanics

The introduction of electronic document management is one of the most important tasks of technical and technological reequipment of JSC "Uzbekiston temir yoʻllari" following the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On electronic document circulation". In JSC, "Uzbekiston temir yoʻllari" is currently stored huge volumes of technical documentation created, processed, and analyzed "manually". While the same steps of entering the primary data are performed repeatedly by different services and organizations, increasing the costs of unproductive labor and the number of "operator errors". The Department of automation and telemechanics stores large amounts of technical documentation on paper. The volume of this documentation, expressed in A4 format, can reach 25 thousand copies in one linear enterprise.
