Digitalization of procurement activities in the Russian Railways holding

The article considers the existing problems of procurement business processes in large companies on the example of the Russian Railways holding. To solve a problem and improving the business processes of the holding, digitalization mechanisms are considered and solutions are offered that allow making optimal management decisions using artificial intelligence and automating procurement operations using smart contract mechanisms. Introduction of these mechanisms makes it possible to reduce the fragmentation of individual components of procurement activities in the holding structure, as well as to ensure comprehensive integration and communication of business processes, which will increase the efficiency of production activities.
