Zusammenfassung: | The article is devoted to the digitalization of logistics processes in modern Russia. The study was conducted on the basis of an analysis of the activities of the large transport company Business Lines, one of the first in the domestic market to introduce digital technologies into its practice. A wide range of innovative solutions and tools used by the carrier, which are used both in the field of intra-logistics of Business Lines and in external brand promotion, which involves effective Internet communication with the target audience, is characterized. Thanks to use of the latest IT systems and methods, the company has taken a leading position in the transport and logistics industry. The results achieved by the Business Lines Group of Companies allow us to conclude that it is necessary to use digital innovations in this area. In the modern world, the effective organization of logistics processes, which allows to withstand high competition, requires the mandatory use of information technology in all areas of the transport company. |
