Zusammenfassung: | The article presents the consequences of emergency collisions of electric locomotives at railway crossings. The constructive solution of the passive restraint system for modern domestic freight electric locomotives is formulated. The types of obstacles and initial conditions for the study of emergency collisions of freight electric locomotives at the railway crossing are determined. The technique for studying the emergency collision of the freight electric locomotive based on numerical simulation considering the geometric and physical nonlinearity of the object of study is considered. The values of irreversible deformations, absorbed energy, accelerations at the places of installation of the driver’s seats during emergency collisions for three design options for the reinforced frames of the driver’s cabs were determined, and the most optimal version of the cab frame was determined. The results of the study based on numerical simulation of emergency collision for 2ES6A freight electric locomotive with an asynchronous drive for 16 cases of emergency collision are provided. |
