Zusammenfassung: | Suspension system plays a significant role in improving riding comfort, road holding ability and safety. This paper presents the analysis of performance of a car’s active suspension system using linear quadratic regulator controller and fuzzy LQR control methods. A quarter car suspension is modelled by springs, masses, dampers, and force actuator are analyzed with the Fuzzy Linear Quadratic Regulator control system using MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results are compared on the basis of suspension deflection, tire deflection, velocity and acceleration of sprung mass. A controlled suspension system permits forward compensation between the riding comfort and the performance criteria of the suspension deviations. |
