Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this research is to create a harvest monitoring system for pollen farmers using the help of internet-based technology of things. Pollen farmers have every difficulty going to face the pollen harvest season. The difficulty in each harvest is that it cannot be monitored the process of harvesting pollen, especially the number of crops produced by bees. The harvest sometimes exceeds the storage capacity in the cage because the excess number of crops should trap the cage immediately closed so that the harvest is not wasted. But due to the long distance of the cage and the harvest time that is still done in the early hours of the morning, the farmers have difficulty closing traps and control pollen crops. Therefore, in order for maximum harvest ingestion is needed, a system can be used to monitor the process of harvesting pollen. The method used in the creation of this monitoring system uses System Development Life Cycle Waterfall, which consists of five stages, namely communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. The result obtained in this study is that the monitoring system can assist farmers in harvesting pollen by controlling the weight of the harvest load and controlling the cage automatically in order to achieve the desired load during harvest and close automatic traps. The system can help monitor when harvesting pollen, with the system error rate reaching 0.26% when detecting the number of crops. The system can help farmers in controlling the process of harvesting pollen using technology without having to come directly.
