Smart event management system using Pega

In today’s world the institutions and colleges are in need of an innovation to improve the student’s exposure to information exchange. This work is a different methodology to inculcate the event management tasks in the institutions. This system focuses events like Symposia, Workshops, College Cultural events, and so on. The system allows the user to select date and time of the event, venue and the event equipment and also they should give the proposed budget. When the faculty selects the speakers and the sponsors an invitation link will be sent to them through the mail which asks for their willingness.
