Zusammenfassung:In the quality management systems of technological systems parametric failures are considered, in which the operation of the object is preserved, but the values of one or several parameters of the technological process go beyond the limits established in the normative and technical documentation. Automation of identification of the state of an object as part of a monitoring system is considered as the basis for making a decision on the quality of a product and the state of a technological system using mathematical modeling, as a stage in the intellectualization process with integration into a single management system in the environment of a single information space of an enterprise. The choice of approach and method of recognition is determined by the properties of the object and the problem being solved. A deterministic approach is used to solve the problem of identifying the state of a technological system. The method of standards is selected to recognize the state of an object. The method is based on determining the minimum distance to one of the standards. The state of all standards is determined by the results of training experiments.
