Zusammenfassung:The article discusses Maxwell's equations, which help the electromagnetic waves' propagation is described. The problem is considered within the multicomponent ion-magnetosphere model framework. Its influence on the electronic system characteristics and quality indicators s is noted. The auroral irregularities that influence radio wave scattering are considered. The Maxwell function is used as the zero approximation distribution function. Under the wave electromagnetic field influence in the ion-magnetosphere ionized gas, placed in an external uniform microwave field—an electric field, perturbation a partial electric current arises. To calculate it, the Boltzmann kinetic equation is used, which determines the charged particles' velocity distribution function perturbation spatial and temporal evolution. It is also shown that the ion-magnetosphere model can be extended to the case when a high electron density ionized gas layer appears near the aircraft.
