Zusammenfassung:Purpose. The education sector or educational institutions switched to the use of technology to deliver learnings and to continue development among its teaching and non-teaching staff through the online research agenda setting. This study aims to analyze the online program research agenda setting for Paranaque City College (PCC). Specifically, this action research evaluates the conduct of the research agenda, its intervention, and implementation of the action study. Design and Methodology. This action research utilizes a researcher-made survey questionnaire to evaluate the first capacity building seminar conducted to PCC employees. Based on the result of the first web-based capacity building seminar, an intervention process was conducted and the implementation of the action study through a workshop. The same instrument was used to compare the results of the first and second web-based capacity building seminar-workshop. There were 51 respondents during the first evaluation and 210 respondents for the second evaluation. These pre and post online assessments were collated, analyzed, and interpreted. Findings. Findings show that the online research agenda setting was rated excellent in terms of: (a) preparation; (b) conduct and implementation; and, (c) closure. This implies that the online research agenda was effective and those people involved before, during, and after the online research agenda setting were considered agile leaders; however, there is a need to improve some areas for re-planning and implementation and for continual improvement. Originality/Value. The authors believe that collaboration and cooperation approaches advance the conceptualization of program research agenda using the online platforms. The intervention is a valuable addition to the processes to achieve the outcomes of the online research agenda setting.
